He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnard Harvey and Pauline Harvey (Boswell); his wife Mildred Harvey; his son David Harvey; his granddaughter Jennifer Adams; his great great grandchild Charlotte Smith; and his siblings, Melvin, Merlin and Evelyn Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Purtee, James Harvey (Dee), Joe Harvey (Theresa) and Tracy White (Jim); his grandchildren, Tiffany Wise, Stacy Fox, Logan, Taylor, David White, Anthony Harvey Sr., Jeremy Harvey and Abigail Harvey; his siblings, Steve Harvey and Sherry Amlin; and his daughter-in-law Tresa Harvey. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren.
