He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Hart and Pauline Hart (Jackson); and his brothers, Joe, Glenn and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Schrader; his children, Jim Hart (Melinda) of Troy, Diane Yingst (John) of Fletcher, Debbie Straight (Doug) of Springfield and Marcia Hafer of Fletcher; his grandchildren, Jason Hart (Karianne) of Delaware, OH, Amy Dow (Alex) of Liberty Township, OH, Emily Hart of Grove City, OH, Dustin Hafer of Fletcher and Lindsey Yingst of Fletcher; his great grandchildren, Nolan and Riley; and his siblings, Jerry Hart and Shirley Jenkins (Robert) of Vandalia, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
