She was predeceased by: her parents, Paris Cotrill and Edith Edna Dunfee; her husband Kenneth E. Proctor; and her siblings, Thelma Hasley, Harvey Cottrill and Harold Cottrill.
She is survived by: her children, Rick of Fleming, Harvey (Pam) of Fayetteville, TN, Darlene Walker (Bob) of Vincent, OH, Kathy Long (Dan) of Fleming, Brenda Trent (Lee) of Snow Camp, NC and Mary Antill of Marietta, OH; and her half-sisters, Emma Roberts and Lola Lewis. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren; one great grandchild.
