He is survived by: his wife Norma Ullman Wellspring; his sons, Rick Wellspring (Kim) of Fleming and Kevin Wellspring (Tammy) of Vincent; his grandchildren, Adam Wellspring (Suzanne) of Sante Fe, NM, Brittany Wellspring (Chad) of Lancaster, David Wellspring (Audrianna) of Beverly, Cassie Wellspring of Marietta, Ryan Lambert (Angie), Derek Lambert (Alisha) and Danielle Lambert; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Ada, Lee Wellspring, Oliver Schantz, Deacon, Ella, Maverik, Bryton and Rowan Lambert; and his siblings, Shirley Davis of Reno, Pamela Creech of Lexington, KY and Gary Wellspring of Columbus.
