He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Treadway; his brother Kenneth Sr.; his son-in-law Ralph Casey; and his great grandchild Lily Radcliff. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Casey of Williamstown, Jerry Treadway (Melinda) of Marietta, Brenda Miller (David) of Marietta and Carol Finley of Huntington, WV; his grandchildren, Trinity Radcliff (Russell), Cierra Casey (Joshua Eden), Tracie Roush (Jesse), Madalyn Treadway, Kelby Williams (Leann) and Caitlyn Marie Williams; and his sister Naomi Green. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the O'Neill Center or Amedisys Hospice.
