He was predeceased by: his parents, Doryl D. Harra and Faye E. Cantner Harra; his brother Clayton Harra; his brother-in-law Jerry Few; his father-in-law Donnie Offenberger; and his stepfather-in-law Richard Bartmess.
He is survived by: his wife Mindy Offenberger Harra; his son Brenden Harra (Hope) of Canal Fulton, Ohio; his stepson Jess Jackson (Caitie) of Port Charlotte; his grandchildren, Graysen, Scarlett, Ashlyn and Rylan of Pineville; his siblings, Michael Harra (Mary), Henry Harra (Cheryll) of Watertown, Patricia Few of Watertown and Susan Tornes (Ronnie) of Marietta; his sisters-in-law, Sabrina Harra of Waterford and Diane Offenberger of Marietta, Ohio; and his mother-in-law Carolyn Bartmess of Marietta.
