She was predeceased by: her children, Shelly Stormes (Steven) of Marietta and Shawn Carr (Valerie) of Painesville, OH; and her siblings, Virginia Burky, Verna Culbertson, Gatewood Fincham, Nancy Mathes, Alma Cave and Olive Farrar.
She is survived by: her husband Rodney Carr; her nephew Dennis Fincham (Chris); her grandchildren, Sean Stormes (Amy), Sagelyn Carr (Sumner), Kortlyn Carr, Emmaline Stormes and Addison Stormes; her siblings, Truman Fincham (Nancy), Arlene Lanham (William) and Sharon Bonnett; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Fincham, Vernon Burkey, Hollis Farrar, Gene Cave and Stephen Carr (Mary Rachel).
In lieu of flowers, Charolette requested that her friends and family perform a random act of kindness.
