He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Balog. He is survived by: his mother Jean Balog (Oles) of Ashtabula; his son David Balog of Ashtabula; and his siblings, Carol Adams (Dan) of Cuyahoga Falls and Lonnie Balog of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
