Velma Cox Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Cox of Flat Rock, Ohio, who passed away on June 6, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Swartz and Lela Swartz (Bickle); and her husband Archie Cox. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Borer (Edward) of Grand Rapids and Steven Cox of Flat Rock; her grandchildren, Ryan Borer of Swanton, Jason Borer (Andrea) of Lewis Center, Kyle Borer (Jaclyn) of Whitehouse, Lindsay Daniel (Christopher) of Green Springs and Shawn Borer (Jacqueline) of Coldwater; and her siblings, Roy Swartz of Clyde, Phyllis Snezek of Collins, Ladonna Gillis of New Hampshire and Nancy Vanderpool of Fostoria. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Heartland Hospice.
