She was predeceased by: her husband William Nibouar; her parents, Wellman "Bud" and Martha "Marti" Phelps; and her brother Peter Phelps. She is survived by: her sons, William "D. J." and Peter "Josh" Nibouar; her grandson Alexander Nibouar; her siblings, Joseph Phelps (Laura), Beth Phelps, Becke Bolinger (Tyler), Pegge Bellamy (Chris), John Phelps (Jeanette Rosing) and Vicki Hugo (Eric); and her nieces and nephews, Viktor, Dwight Phelps, Katherine Ray (Ian), Sam, Max Bolinger, Carl Wiersum, Meagan Murdoch, Ashley Glichowski (Adam Macke), Jared, Mack Murdoch, Ryan Bellamy and Dean Phelps.
