He was predeceased by: his parent Magdalen Winter; his wife Gertrude Rickard Winter; his father Edward V. Winter; his sister Joan Ellen Allen; and his parents-in-law, Marian Cutter (James), James B., Robert J Rickard and Billie Jean Baker Townsend.
He is survived by: his children, Edward, Laurie Mikolajewski (Terry), Andrew "Dozi" Winter (Lucy), Michael "Chief" Winter (Lisa), Robert "Chester" Winter (Jolene) and Neil "Earl" Winter; his grandchildren, Peepaw, Nate (Emily), William, Kenna, Rickard Winter, Matt (Marge), Tyler Mikolajewski (Lauren), Bethany (Kate), Sarah, Seth, Luke Winter, Kim Panther (Cam), Meghan Crull (Jason), Emily, Lydia, Gertrude "Gigi", Nicholas, Chase and Griffin Winter; his great grandchildren, Elise, Charlie, Claire Mikolajewski, Elliott, Emma Jo Winter and Rowen Panther; and his brother-in-law Tommy Allen.
Face masks and social distancing will be observed.
