He was predeceased by: his father J. William Bracken. He is survived by: his wife Hoang; his children, Daniel William Bracken, Rosalie Kelley (Paul) of Cincinnati and Nikki Qualls (Josh) of Toledo; and his sister Barbara Brown (Andy) of Cincinnati.
