He is survived by: his wife Jane Curtis; his children, Anthony Mackzum (Sheri), David Mackzum (Erin) and Ann Mackzum; his grandchildren, Logan, Matthew, Taylor, Brayden, Pegan, Jack and Henry; and his sister Mary Mackzum.
