He is survived by: his former wife Dawn Peters; his partner Laurel Frederick; his children, Kristina Monday (Chad) of Findlay, Bill Kern of Fostoria and Cody Peters of Findlay; his siblings, James Kern (Robin) of Weston, Becky Smith (Harry) of Deshler and Beverly Kern of North Baltimore; and his granddaughters, Faith Kern, Monica Kern and Alicia Mora (Anthony). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
