He is survived by: his parents, Paul L Jr. Hartley and Teresa Hartley (England); his grandmothers, Kathryn Warren of Findlay, Reva Tackett of Findlay and Mary Jo England of Dunkirk; his daughter Airial Hartley; the parent of his child Wimmea Williams of Fostoria; his sister Crystal Hartley (Benjamin Laney) of Findlay; and his nieces, Faith and Savannah.
