She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin A. Tussing and Betty Tussing (Waterbeck); and her sister Paula Stoepfel. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Parker; her children, Jeff Parker, Gregg Parker (Michelle), Kevin Parker (Julie), Kimberly Boyer and Sarah Kuhlman (Craig); her grandchildren, Tyler Parker (Nora), Joseph Kollsmith, Austin Bremmer, Colton Osterloh, Kaden Osterloh, Preston, Cheyanne Kuhlman, Emma Rowlings and Makayla Wilks; her great grandchildren, Samuel Hudsyn, Tynlee Parker and Daxton Parker; and her siblings, Patricia Crouch, Pamela Howe (David) and Kelly Tussing (Deb).
Memorial Contributions in Shelley's memory may be gifted to either the American Heart Association or Bridge Hospice.
