He was predeceased by: his mother Janet E. Spencer (Beckett). He is survived by: his father Charles L. Spencer; his spouse Shannon Spencer (Hoelscher); his daughter Chloe; his son-in-law Douglas Tascoff; his son Samuel Spencer; his grandchildren, Sophia, Elijah and Isaiah Tascoff; his siblings, Laura Yelton (Donald), Richard Spencer (Susan) and Douglas Spencer (Andrea); and his sister-in-law Dionna Chambers (James). He is also survived by eleven nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the youth group at St. Marks United Methodist Church, 800 S. Main Street, Findlay, Ohio, 45840.
