She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Burlile and Betty Burlile (Yates); her son Jeffery Blakley; and her brother Paul Smith. She is survived by: her son David Blakley of Findlay; her fiancé John Dunne of Findlay; her stepdaughters, Jennifer Wester and Angela Nichols; and her siblings, John Burlile of McCutchenville, Mike Burlile of Fostoria, Jeff Walsh of Fostoria, Leonard Burlile of Findlay, Sarah Sweet of Norwalk, Barbara Blakley of Findlay, Diane Thompson of Findlay, Mary Lou Bryant of Tiffin and Susie Wimmes of Hamilton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
