She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stults and Sylvia Gerhoff. She is survived by: her husband Mark Lewis; and her children, Charlie Lewis (Julie) of Fostoria, Phillip Lewis (Amanda) of Findlay and Holly Garey (Scott) of Findlay. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and two sisters.
