He is survived by: his children, Trudy Snyder (Ronnie) of Findlay and Bret W. Higgins of Carey, Ohio.; his siblings, Joe Higgins (Jane) of Carey, Gary Higgins (Mari) of Texas and Barbra Funchion (Don) of Carey, Ohio; his granddaughter Natasha Rowe (Zorn); his daughters, Kylee, Kendal Rowe of Bucyrus and Julie Macedo (King); his granddaughter Kaylee Linville; and his son Christian Linville of Virginia Beach, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
