He was predeceased by: his father Leland L. Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Sabo; his children, Jim Thompson (Lori), Betty Hurd (Norman) of Michigan and Tina Edwards (Dwayne) of Michigan; his sisters, Shirley Muscarella (Frank), Cindy Ewing (Larry) and Nancy Fisher (Don); and his stepchildren, Wendy Foor (Roy) and Greg Fairbanks (Monica). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
