He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray H. Parmelee and Mary Louise Parmelee (Drenten); and his brother Ray H. Parmelee, Jr.. He is survived by: his nephew Ray H. Parmelee III (Nicole); his niece Linda Parmelee; his great-nieces, Madie, Natalie and Evie Parmelee; and his great-nephew Steven Parmelee.
