He is survived by: his wife Marlene Powell; his sons, Thomas Fields (Kathy) of Benton Ridge and Richard Fields (Tammy) of Hudson, FL; his stepchild DeeDee Neiling (Dennis) of Findlay; and his grandchildren, Andy Fields (Mellissa), Danielle Powell (James), Valleri Goodman (Bruce), Dustin Fields (Shannon), Brett Fields (Michelle), Kayla Sierra (Uvaldo), Jared Neiling (Suzanne) and Tyson Neiling. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
