He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Flugga and Donna Flugga (Grant); and his brothers, Larry and James Flugga. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Flugga (Tiffini) of Alger, Jason Flugga (Sara) of Findlay, Amy Flugga (Becky Heller-Flugga) of Deshler, Melissa Flugga (Drew Smith) of Rawson and Jennifer Flugga of Findlay; and his siblings, Steve Flugga (Connie) of Mt. Blanchard, Mark Flugga of Findlay and Kim Newcomber (Dave) of New Riegel. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
