We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2023, at the age of 83, Rita S. Jones of Findlay, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Bowers; her son Keith Elliott; her stepdaughters, April Jones and Tammy Clifford; and her former husbands, Dale Elliott and Larry "Spike" Marshall.
She is survived by: her children, Tonia Meenihan (Shawn) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Scott Elliott (Sharon) of Arlington, Ohio, Martin Elliott (Suzanne) of Richmond, Virginia, Bianca Birchfield (Kevin) of Arlington and Jason Marshall of Findlay, Ohio; her grandchildren, Collin Meenihan (Jessica), Devin Meenihan, Taylor Elliott, Hailey Callahan (Tra) and Karlee Birchfield; and her stepgrandsons, Nathan Kuenzli of Montana, Cody Clifford of Findlay and Trevor Clifford of Upper Sandusky, Ohio..
