He is survived by: his wife Jill Rowe (Garman); his children, Jacob Rowe, Rachel Rowe-Bish (Nicholas) and Sharalynn Rowe-Ervin (Kenneth); his stepchildren, Matthew Cramner (Christy), Kory Cramner (Shena), Kiley Ruztler (David) and Jeffrey Radabaugh (Kayla); his sisters, Deborah Gerding (Bill), Joan Rowe-Haselman and Tammy Kinzer-Elliot (Mike); and his stepbrother John Wilch (Diane). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
