He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Laube (Haferd); his brothers, Charles Daniel Laube and John P. Laube; and his brother-in-law Mark Heitmeyer. He is survived by: his father John E. "Gene" Laube (Gene); his siblings, Denny Laube (Jodee Philo), Dave "Weeb" Laube (Deb) and Carolyn Heitmeyer; and his nephews, Michael Shade (Chrissy) and Steve Shade (Grace).
