He was predeceased by: his parents, Euphemia Hoffman and Harold Hoffman; and his sister Kathy Leist (Hoffman). He is survived by: his wife Janice Ann (Feindel); his children, Anne Maynard (James), Richard Hoffman (Kimberly) and Julie Hoffman (David Maltz); his grandchildren, Bethany Ruff (Michael), Janelle Maynard (Mike Brown), Meghan Murphy (Kiel), Nathan Maynard (Allison), Gabrielle Maltz and Ryan Maltz; and his great grandchildren, Ryan and Logan Ruff.
Memorials can be made to the Richard H. Hoffman Scholarship fund, established for students pursuing business at Bowling Green State University through the Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation.
