He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Kirk and Theresa A. Kirk (Wonderly); and his brother William T. Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Sabrina (Mandell); his daughters, Tiphanie Gibson (Lucas), Lauren Kirk and Justinne Reinhart (Ben); his stepdaughter Miranda Smoluk (Brendan); his sons, Chad and Shawn Kirk; and his siblings, James A. Kirk (Rebecca), Joseph Kirk (Diana), Rebecca Sue Ewing (Dirk) and Catherine Smith (Dennis).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials contributions be given to the Richard C. and Sabrina K. Kirk Youth Scholarship Fund, supporting Hancock County youth pursuing careers in agriculture and the trades, c/o The Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation, 101 W.
