She is survived by: her children, Heath Phillips, Kelby Phillips (Brittany) and Neely Phillips of Findlay; her grandchildren, Brayton, Halle, Autymn, Dominic, Lauren, Drew, Lochlyn, Logan, Corbin, Landon, Racquel and Mackenzie; her great grandchildren, Bodie and Maddie; and her sister Sheren (Lowell).
