He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Bausman and Ruth Bausman (Monday); and his sisters, Sally Edgington and Nancy Foust. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Lewis (Dave) of Strongsville, OH; and his grandson Aaron Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in memory of Ed to the Field and Stream Bow Hunters Club.
