He is survived by: his brothers, Charles (Paula) and Steve Kelbley (Kathy); his sister-in-law Carol "Susie" Piatt (Kuebler); his children, Roy G. Simpson (Kate) of Cameron Park, CA, Mark J. Kelbley (Patty) of Scottsdale, AZ, Anne M. Daum (Bill) of Buckeye, AZ, Jane K. Schroeder (Steve) of Findlay, Janet S. Kelbley of Findlay and Jackie K. Althaus (Troy) of Findlay; his grandchildren, Jennie LaMaster, Amy Ball, Rebecca Daum, Amber Butler, Kristine Roberson, Jason Ball, Jeremy Reznik, Christopher Reznik and Roy W. Simpson; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Libby, Baylee LaMaster, Calib Delacruz, Braedon, Payge, Presley Butler, Kaleb, Kaylie and Sierra Roberson; his great great grandchildren, Silas and Saleah Delacruz; and his stepgrandchildren, Kent, Ryan Schroeder, Melissa Weyer and Margaret Brunett (Jean Holmes).
Memorials may be given to either St. Michael's Church as Jack loved going to Mass or to the Master Gardeners, as gardening was his passion.
