She is survived by: her husband Roger Howard; her children, Matthew Howard of Arlington, David Howard (Kendra) of Ft. Myers, FL., Rachel Sims of Waynesville and Deborah Hammons (Greg) of Cordova, TN; and her siblings, James Musgrave (Anita) of Mt. Blanchard, Virginia Miller and Phyllis DeWitt of Findlay.
