She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Basinger and Phebe Basinger (DeCamp); her spouse Thomas T. Perkins; her siblings, Jack Basinger and Joanne Butler; and her grandparents, William, Laura DeCamp (Clevenger), David and Margaret Basinger (Flaith).
She is survived by: her sister Joyce Smith of Johnstown. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
