We bid farewell to Margie Ann Bassitt (Findlay, Ohio), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 23, 2025 at the age of 85. Margie Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Marshall and Ruth Marshall (Brown); her husband David William "Bill" Bassitt; and her brother Walter Bud Marshall. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Patterson, Suzy Evans and Mark Bassitt; her grandchildren, Jason, Lindsay, Liam, Logan and Leah; and her great grandchildren, Emerson and Theodore.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Coldren-Crates Funeral Home (205 W Sandusky St, Findlay, OH 45840). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family is asking in lieu of flowers, that remembrances in Margie's name be made to the Armes Family Cancer Center or the Humane Society & SPCA of Hancock County.
