She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ebersole and Demma Elnora Ebersole (Mattox); her former husband Stanley L. Strausbaugh; her spouse Thomas E. Rutter; her granddaughter Erica Strausbaugh; and her siblings, Frederick Ebersole, Frances Peters (Harold) and Dorothy Nickelson.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Paul Strausbaugh (Joan) of Clifton Forge, VA, Jeffrey Strausbaugh (Sue) of Defiance, OH, Lisa Keller (Dave) of Perrysville, OH, Samuel Strausbaugh (Gretchen) of Defiance, OH and Matthew Rutter (Sarah) of Arcadia, OH; her grandchildren, Caleb Rutter (Fiance' Haley Southward), Christy Fender (Jason), Erin Strausbaugh, Emily Layne (Brad), Stan Strausbaugh (Megan), Sarah Wagner (Joshua), Jonathan Keller (Sylvia), Andrew Keller (Amy), Grace Keller, Daniel Keller, Sadie Pillar (Austin), Spencer Strausbaugh (Esther), Demma Strausbaugh, Noah Strausbaugh and Quin Strausbaugh; and her siblings-in-law, Leonard Rutter (Darlene) and Ann Rutter. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren.
