She is survived by: her mother Deborah Mae Olmstead; her stepparents, David Olmstead, Daniel Clark Sr. and Connie Clark; her former husband Michael Heistand; her daughter Alexis Heistand of Findlay; her siblings, Daniel Clark Jr. of Fostoria, Alexander Clark of Findlay and Casey Clark of Findlay; her stepsiblings, Nikki Gearhart, Melissa DeHart and Jason Olmstead of Bucyrus; and her grandparents, Sue A. Clark of Upper Sandusky and Richard E. Karcher of Upper Sandusky.
