It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kay Annette Kose of Findlay, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore "Ted" Kohler and Mary Kohler (Niday); her daughter Kristi Kose; and her brother Ronnie Kohler. She is survived by: her sons, Brad Kose (Jessica Lanius), Doug Kose (Elizabeth Manley) and Jon Kose (Sarah); her grandchildren, Nate, Anabel, Adeline, Emerson and Eliot; and her brother Lee Kohler.

Memorials can be directed to College First Church of God, Bridge Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association of Northwest Ohio.
