She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Harold Fry and Hazel K. Fry (Firestone); and her daughter Kandie J. Bright. She is survived by: her daughter Rechelle R. VanAman (Audet) of Findlay.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Judith's honor, can be made to a Charity of the donor's choice.
