He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean and Sara (Duffield); his sister Eileen (Mary Jo); his parents-in-law, Russel "Bud" and Nellie Branan; his brothers-in-law, Dennis and Jeff Branan; and his grandson Jimmy Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Branan; his children, Anika Midge Ewing-Brown (Brad), Thomas Brantt Ewing and John Luke Ewing; his grandchildren, Alicia Frankforther, David Stoepfel, Bailey Benner (Kane), Patience Swisher (Corey), Briella Bower, Morgan Lopez (Tre) and Jerry Brown; his great grandchildren, Gavin Householder, RJ, Sahara Newman, Ryker Montgomery, Mercedes Frankforther, Cooper, Hyde and Max Lopez; his sisters, Denise Keeran (Roger) and Diane Box (Steve); and his siblings-in-law, Jean Spaeth (Joe) and Dean Branan. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren, Grandpa.
