He is survived by: his wife Connie Baumunk; his sons, John Breitigam Jr. (Laurie) and Brian Breitigam (Becky); his grandchildren, Wesley, Willie, Kylee and Kody Breitigam; his stepgrandchildren, Maeghan, Mackenzie and Billy Henry; his great grandchildren, Paisley and Wrenley Breitigam; his sister-in-law Nancy Breitigam; his niece Beth Breitigam Hurd; and his nephew Eric Breitigam.
Memorial contributions in John's name may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
