He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frederick, Emma Sica and Mary Ruth Betts; his uncle Phillip "Pete"; and his aunt Karen Sica.
He is survived by: his parents, Frederick Sica and Bonnie Sica (Betts); his sisters, Kelli Stahl (Roger), Jacqueline Bayes (Brent) and Julie Vega (Julian); his half-brother Mark Sica; his nieces, Janelle Sica, Paige Stahl and Maddi Bayes; his nephew Kadin Crawford; and his grandfather Carl F. Betts. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
