She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Kauser and Therzabell Kauser (Smith); her husband Harold Rutter; her daughter Sharon Neubig; her granddaughter Samantha Neubig; and her siblings, Lawrence "Jack" Kauser (Clytie), Jennie Dodson (Albert), Richard Kauser (Darlene), Fred Kauser (Elizabeth), James Kauser (Nancy), Janice Kauser and Judy Kauser.
She is survived by: her former husband Marvin Neubig; her children, Dianne Rider (Dennis), Tammy Dudley (Mike), Dean Neubig (Luiza), Marvin Neubig and Rick Neace (Lisa Clouser); her grandchildren, Lori Welly (Rider), Corey Rider (Katie), Sarah Marino, Janie Neitenbach, Katie Rodriguez (Ivan), Allen Dudley, Daphne Neubig, Matthew Neubig, Dean Allen Neubig, Christina Turner, Kaylee Neubig, Kyle Neubig, Jason Neubig (Alma), Brandon Neubig (Roni Bravo), Ryan Neubig, Alex Neubig, Brach Neace, Brandon Clouser (Nella) and Morgan Clouser; her great grandchildren, Norah Welly, Remi Rider, Rowen Rider, Arai Marino, Ava Marino, Mia Neitenbach, Layla Neitenbach, Josie Neubig, Evelyn Neubig, Christopher Neubig, Brandon Neubig, Christian Turner, Alexis Neubig, Jayden Coffey, Josh Neubig, Olivia Neubig, Johnny Neubig, Austin Neubig, Kyle Neubig, Emberly Neace, Scarlet Neace, Emma Clouser, Natalia Clouser, Arabella Clouser and Angelo Clouser; and her brother Earl Kauser (Carol).
