She was predeceased by: her parents, Bonner McCluskey and Juanita McCluskey (Smith); and her brothers, David McClusky, Bonner McClusky and James Cypryla.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Irene Rodriquez (David) of Florida and Juanita Summers (Chris Hatfield) of Findlay; and her siblings, Darrell Cypryla (Debra) of Springfield, Christopher Cypryla of Columbus, Sharon Hawkins (Barry) of Granger, Ind, Hope Cypryla and Robin Stevens (Dan) of Springfield. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to either Cancer Patient Services or the Diabetes Association.
