Shively of Findlay, Ohio, born in Tiffin, Ohio, who passed away on August 26, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Shively and Connie Shively (Hawkins). He is survived by: his wife Carol Swisher; his children, Mark Shively (Wendy) of Findlay, Matthew Shively (Jennifer) of Springboro and Sara Adamson (Matt); and his grandchildren, Aiden, Cadence, Patrick, Gabriel and Carter.

Memorial contributions may be directed towards the Bridge Hospice, or to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
