C.; his grandchildren, Evan, Annelise, Jonah, Molly and Abby; his nieces and nephews, Scott McIntosh (Jennifer), Rachel, Leah and Stephen McIntosh; his siblings-in-law, Tom, Jon Jackson and Susan Walker; his niece Betsy; and his nephews, Joe and Brian.
