He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Eisaman and Mildred Eisaman (Warren); his brother Gene Eisaman; his nephew Derek Marquart; his niece Stephanie Keon; and his sister-in-law Erika Eisaman.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Courtney; his children, Allen Grogg (Kris) of Findlay, Cindy Bourret (Dan) of Findlay, Shawn Schaffner (Scott) of North Baltimore and Betty Bishop of Findlay; and his sister Joann Marquart (Bob) of Arlington. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Jackie's name may be made to Bridge Home Health & Hospice or Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church.
