He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Hile and Dorothy Hile (Smith); and his stepfather Don Schier. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Decker; and his brothers, Robert Hile and Dan Schier. He is also survived by his 4 children, 2 stepchildren, 7 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren.
