He was predeceased by: his father William Fifolt; and his brothers, John and Howard. He is survived by: his wife Ann Burns; his children, Mindy Worst (Todd) of Carey and Matt Fifolt (Staci) of Leeds; and his grandchildren, Joanna, Dana and Sarah Grace.
