She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew A. Fagan and Minta Fagan (Workman); and her siblings, Virgil Fagan (Betty), Richard Max Fagan (Arvilla), Vaynard E. Fagan (Alberta), Harold D. Fagan (Rosalind), Matthew Edwin Fagan, Sr. (Lila), Freida Fagan, Dorothy Maxine Billingsley (Richard) and Doris Spence King.
She is survived by: her former husband Billy Don Radabaugh. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Collene's name are suggested to the Judson Palmer Home, 2911 North Main Street or The City Mission, 510 West Main Cross Street, both in Findlay, Ohio 45840.
